I think I just had my first miscarriage😠I have been feeling pressure about a week ago and the I spotted for 2 days and I had a weird feeling I was pregnant kinda nausea and no want to eat that much. This just happened to me when I wiped and if I zoom in it looks like an arm or something growing inside the busted yellow sack. Can someone please give me advice on how they handled this.
