losing intensity in the relationship

hi girls! I've been in a relationship with my bf for about 1 year and 11 months. today was our anniversary for that and I sent him this long text paragraph of i love yous and all this sweet stuff. I was hoping he would send one back too but he kinda just said happy anniversary, i love you, and other stuff...but not what he used to do before. I've told him yesterday that I want him to put more effort in making dates and stuff and he kinda agreed and said okay. idk what im trying to get at here but what should I do? should i accept the fact that we arent at that honeymoon phase anymore? i overthink about stuff alot of the time and i conclude that he doesnt love me the same which is stupid. idk. advice?
