I don't deserve it

I just got told by my childrens father I don't deserve free time because I chose to be a stay at home mom...I'm kind of at a loss for words..just posting to vent I have no one to talk to no help from anyone..my kids are 2 yo and 10 mo (12 yo not by him) I don't think he understands how hard it is to be in a house with ppl who need you 24/7-365 for everything
