Chicken tacos- easy
I love crockpot meals. They are easy and you can put something on before work and it’s ready to eat when you get home! One of my favorites to make is chicken tacos. I served these with low carb tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa! Yum😋
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1- package of taco mix (store bought or make your own)
1- 32oz chicken broth
*Place all ingredients in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
Before serving shred chicken with a fork.
(Also note that if you want to add anything such as chopped onion, cilantro, peppers you can do so and change up the flavor for some variety... this recipe is very versatile and you really can’t go wrong!)
