OPK or BBT
What is the best way to track ovulation? I’ve been doing opk for 2 months and I’m pretty sure I have not ovulated. I’m not surprised by this since I’ve had a Mirena in for 7 years, but I want to know that I’m using the best method to detect ovulation. bbt seems like more work, but if it’s more accurate I will give it a shot. Also, has anyone tried acupuncture to stimulate ovulation? I’m 38 years old. No time to waste. Thanks!!
