Where’s my bump ?

I’m 11 weeks and 4 days with no belly yet. I know everyone shows at different sizes. But should I feel something like a bump or something when I rub my belly at least? I’m naturally a skinny person. I just feel bloat and I can still suck my stomach in. Just has me a little worried. I have my 12 week appointment next week. I haven’t had any signs of miscarriage,but I guess I’m just paranoid
