baby gender

okay. So this is probably going to sound crazy. but I am 28 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. and according to my 15 week and my 20 week anatomy scan I am having a baby Boy! which I am so happy about! Now here's the crazy part. at the beginning of this pregnancy I had like 4 dreams this baby was a girl. and then the week after mother's day I had another very clear dream that I pushed the baby out and my doctor hands it to me and says IT'S A GIRL! So now obviously I'm freaking out. how likely is it that the ublmbilical cord was in just the right spot during the ultrasounds and I'm really having a girl? should I spring for the bloodwork or am I over reacting? I'm probably over reacting but I can't get over it...
