Please help!
I just found out I’m pregnant, I’m about four weeks and I am having awful cramps. The cramps are so bad I ended up going to the hospital but they couldn’t tell me what’s wrong or what to do. The cramping feels like something is stabbing me. It’s quit often but especially at night. Does anyone have any advice on how to help the cramps?!
