6 week ultrasound

So I’m 6 weeks today. This is my ultrasound. 1.) does it look normal? The tech wasn’t very talkative and it was awkward. 2.) she said the baby’s heartbeat was 107....but I didnt hear it? Was I supposed to? I just think she was new and I’m upset if I missed out on hearing my baby’s heartbeat for the first ultrasound :(
