Very confused please help

Hello... so I had a chemical miscarriage 5w on 4/22 bled until 4/26, HCG was 1 on 4/26.... I didn’t really do opk to track this time we had sex some through the month ... but now I’m cycle day 36 on a normal 29/30 day cycle (but consistent 13day LP) I had cramping last sat/sun and certain my period was starting (it was due to start Tuesday) but here we are 7 days later and still NOOOOO period? Last miscarriage I had in dec at 5w also, I started my cycle right on time 30 days....
