Vaginal Suppository Progesterone question.

Is it normal to spot a little bit of brown while taking this? Anyone else have experiences using this? I have a confirmed pregnancy and started taking the vaginal suppository. This morning I wiped and there was speckles is brown blood. Is this normal!? I’m worried! I have slight cramping as well.
