Pain during/after sex

Hi guys! I’m 6+3 pregnant and I found out about 8 days ago. My partner and I had sex this morning and near the end it got quite painful and after it feels like my vagina is burning and it hurt when I went for a wee, was really hot. Does anyone know what this could be? I was swabbed for infection a few weeks ago and nothing was there but that was before I found out I was pregnant. And I’ve recently treated myself for thrush which had I thought cleared up. I don’t know whether it’s just because we haven’t done it in a while and maybe it’s just a bit ‘tight’ haha. Advice would be greatly appreciated!!
