Swimming while dilated
Hey ladies. So I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am dilating and we are all going to the lake tomorrow and I'm wondering if it's safe to swim or if I can't since my cervix is open due to risk of infection. I'm a FTM so I'm really not sure what's safe and what's not :)
