Fetal heart rate question?

So i went and had an ultrasound done at 13weeks babys heart rate was 160bpm baby was jumping kicking being super active all our us pics were blurry... Went to elective gender us at 15weeks 5 days and heart rate was 175bpm baby was not moving very much at all. i was wondering why it increased with less movement?

Answer

There’s various reasons babies are more active and inactive in the womb. They do sleep and sometimes drinking or eating something sweet and cold can really get them going. They can also react to outside stimuli or noise. The heart rate changes throughout pregnancy.
