Swollen feet with pain?

So today my feet have been swollen and in pain. My lower legs are swollen as well. Should i call my doctor or is there any remedy to help minimize the swelling and pain?

Are you able to check your blood pressure at home? Swelling is usually a normal pregnancy symptom, though severe swelling and high blood pressure can be a sign of preeclampsia.
Elevate your feet, put an ice pack on them and drink a lot of water to minimize swelling.

Call your doctor. Leg swelling could be a sign of a blood clot...better to call and get reassurance rather than not and it be something more serious

I would just elevate your feet, drink plenty of water and stay off them as much as possible. Mine swell really bad when I am on them for more than 30 min at the time. Otherwise I’m fine.
