Was I wrong to say no?

I work at a family fun center and one day last week a lady came up to me complaining that a kid had peed on the slide in the kiddie center and it needed to be cleaned. So I closed the kiddie center for cleaning and told my manager. I asked her to clean it and explained that I would not do it my self. I am 21 weeks pregnant and also have a fractured back which makes it hard to climb or bend over. I had also just gotten over being sick and didn’t want to go climbing through this germ infested jungle gym. My manager ended up cleaning the pee up but then yelled at me because she did my job. Was I wrong to stand my ground and tell her no?
