Did my baby turn? 🤔🤔🤔

My baby is transverse. I've been doing the forward inversion position since yesterday and I think he actually turned? 😮 I used to feel movement on the left and right. NOW, I feel a large lump at the top and more movement on the bottom. I sure hope he didn't flip to the breech position though. Do you think he actually turned into the head down position? Is the top bump the head or butt? I'm now feeling hiccups very low by my hip. (I will add any answers or additional details here on the original post instead of a reply).
