HELP: When is ovulation after a miscarriage?

Question

I’ve read on average 2-3 weeks but is this from when the miscarriage started or finished?  
I mean, I found out Friday and baby left my body Saturday but doctor estimated baby passed on the Monday (4 days before I found out).  Do I count forward from the Monday or Friday/Saturday or from when the bleeding finishes? 
Please help !?

I’m sorry for your loss. Ovulation can occur anytime after a miscarriage...so it’s a bit of a mystery. If you’re planning on TTC again it is advised to wait one cycle before doing so. For me, it took about 5 weeks after my miscarriage for my period to return.

Following. I too am confused by this but suspect I’ve missed my ovulation window IF it’s from the start of bleeding (I bled for a few weeks). TBH I think I will be in a better emotional place ‘next month’ anyway. So sorry for your loss and good luck with your future BD journey x
