Miscarriage?? Plz help

I think I'm having a miscarriage. I have been doing some research and everything that is happening to me lines up with a miscarriage. I have had unprotected sex many times and he does cum in me. I have been having terrible cramps and like "gobs" of stuff coming out. This shouldn't be an early period because I'm pretty regular. I also looked up pics online and mine look very similar. I know the only way to be sure is to go to the hospital but I really want your ladies opinion first. Please help me. Thank you.
