Jail or what?

What are the charges for this. This guy over 18(I’m 18) forcefully pinned me down and started touching my body. He held my mouth shut and I kicked him continuously in his man area. I didn’t get raped or anything. My clothes never came off. But I’m curious to know what are the consequences for him? He tried to kiss me but I kept moving my head to the side. He didn’t take his penis out. And my pants and clothes didn’t come off either. What is this called if he didn’t actually rape me? And what are the charges to this?
