Possible MC??

I’m 7 weeks exactly and today when I wiped there was a decent amount of light pink mixed with clear discharge it looked like. I’ve worn a pad since then and I haven’t see any on it, but I have seen a little when I wipe again. Last week my HCG levels & progesterone were all normal and the doctor on call said not to worry unless it is accompanied by cramps, which it isn’t. Anyone else experience this before? What was the outcome? Thanks!
