What time do u put your 3 month old to bed?

Baby will be 3 months old next week. Trying to figure out a schedule. Right now he goes to sleep whenever he’s tired, between 8 and 10:30.  Usually only wakes one twice a night.

3 months is too early to be on any kind of sleep schedule. wait until he is 6 months or older to do that.

9-9:30 unless he falls asleep otherwise. but my husband doesn't get home till 9 so I left that he gets the last bottle and cuddles.

My daughter was going to bed at 1 am at that point 😂 it's taken us everything to get her to go to bed between 10:30 and 11pm now. She's nearly a year old. My husband and I have always been night owls. She was always more active late at night. Her sister seems to be the same.

My almost 11 week old finishes her last nap around 7. We start our bedtime routine at 8ish and I’m laying her in her crib at 9ish. We’ve had the same routine since birth. Bath, diaper, lotion, pajamas, feed/book, change diaper again if needed and swaddle.. put in crib half asleep. She sleeps in a crib in her own room since day 1. She wakes once during the night and then we’re up around 7.

If your LO doesn’t have day/night confusion and is already cutting night feedings, try not to worry about it too much yet. They gradually settle into a schedule between 4-6 months. Sunlight and dusk and dawn help set a natural rhythm for them (read Ferber if you want to understand it in depth). Ultimately, you want them to sleep 12 hours over night with one or two brief wakings for feeding or diaper change if possible by around 6 months. So 7-7 or 8-8, whatever works for your family. (I was super overwhelmed by getting mine on a schedule and so worried about it and tracking everything he settled into his own little rhythm pretty good....on his own time! Reading a couple of sleep books really helped me know what to do to guide him though.)

My son is 3months and goes to bed around 6:30-7  Wakes up around 10-10:30 feed him and he’s out until 3:30-4.  Been consistent! Very happy.
