how often do you bathe your baby?

my son is 7 weeks old and we've been giving him a bath 2x a week but I'm wondering if I should make it 3 instead 🤷

I bath my newborn every other night but will bath him every night when he’s a little older as part of his bed time routine. Food bath and bed by 7 then wine time for mummy lol x

I said depends because when my son was younger and newborn age I washed him as much as you are because he didn’t really do anything to get dirty now with my son he’s 10 months and crawling everywhere so gets a bath every night because he gets dirty now everyday

Usually 2-3 times a week when they were babies. They are toddlers now and it’s usually every other day unless there is some major mess. But my kids both have awful psoriasis and bathing makes it so much worse. Their dr said don’t bathe them every day unless obviously mud and major dirt happens.

My 4 month old is a spitter so I need to bath him every night, also as part of his bed time routine. When he was a newborn I bathed him 2 - 3 times a week, when he started to spit his milk around 2 month the bath became a everyday thing.

We did every few days for a couple weeks, then every other day for a few weeks. By around 2 months (I think) we stared doing a bath every night. We had a very fussy baby and bath time was the only thing that would calm him down. He’s now 11 months and bath time is still his favorite.

My 16 month old is daily because she gets sticky from eating.  My newborn is every other day.  It wouldn’t be so much but she spits up every day and some gets in her neck folds.

Newborn maybe every other day, but after a few months every day. I just think it’s so gross when people don’t bathe their kids daily. Nasty.
