Mouth and teeth

I am a first oral sex giver and I need some advice. I've read that you need to combine lips, tongue, and hands to create the perfect pleasurable oral sex scenario. Although, I'm the WORST multitasker... EVER. I could utilize all three, except I'm worried I'll get so concentrated on using all that, that I'll forget to avoid using my teeth... How do you keep your teeth out of the way efficiently and still use the rest of your mouth? Help!!
