BOOBS....should we free the nipple? Or not?
So this memorial day I witnessed 2 females not wearing shirts or bras in public at a family festival. Adults and children were present and saw it too. Just boobs out walking down the street- LEGALLY. I'm interested in opinions and reasons why this is or is not ok.
I posted on Fb and got mixed reviews. Just wondering what others think?
