Slow but steady wins the race


after I gave birth I went and lost 15 of the 25lbs gained the first 2 weeks. only to gain back 10lbs and stretch marks. so far this is my journey losing my baby weight. Week 1 I was 9/10 weeks pp... Week 10 in 20 weeks pp on Thursday.. Progress is progress 👊 I mainly hula-hoop then do 5-25 minutes work outs using 30 day challenges apps currently. been slacking doing my Hiit work outs for the last few weeks tho 🤷‍♀️ anyways.
