Labour?? 38weeks

Yesterday i was just looking at my feet to only realise that they have swollen! Few days before i started losing bits of my mucus plug (clear and stretchy). Today i went to the toilet for about 3times for number 2 TMI sorry. Now I’m having shortness/difficulty breathing. My baby’s but is right under my right boobs 😞 i tried lying down, walking but it doesn’t help. Can this be a concern? Labour close? Should i go to the doctors?
