Vanishing symptoms?

I'm 4w 5d's and my boobs were killing me the 3rd week which led to me finding out early. Well yesterday and today the soreness has started to subside a bit and I'm so nervous I'm losing symptoms and will MC. This is #4 and I've had no successes yet, all have ended in MC.

I'm grasping at any straws here! Has anyone else noticed the soreness decrease a bit? Does it come and go?

I'm waiting on a blood test to see if my levels are doubling, but I'm just so anxious!
