Does anyone else have a Partial Septate Uterus?

I had an ultrasound last Thursday and just got the results today. Apparently I have what's called a Partial Septate Uterus which is like a bump that comes down in the top middle of your Uterus and it makes it more difficult to get pregnant. The doctor said that I should still be able to house a pregnancy, it's just that it will be more difficult and probably take longer. Eventually if I'm not pregnant after a while longer they may try a surgery to shave down the bump. Has anyone else had this condition or this procedure done? Success stories? my mind wants to just run to the negative but I'm trying to pull it back to the positives of its not impossible, it's just difficult.
