Dieting😭

This diet is kicking my butt! Currently only taking 1200 calories in per day. I’ve lost 4 pounds in one week (don’t worry I have always been able to drop weight fast). I stay hungry though! So difficult!! Plus I’ve been running as much as I can! I know it’ll be worth it but this sucks so bad!! Currently at 168lbs and my goal is 130lbs!

Edited to add... I’ve checked into it and 1200 is perfectly safe for my size. I don’t run too often, just enough to get some cardio in and I usually only run a mile at a time.
