Any tips?

Hey guys. A little background I’ve suffered from eating disorders. I’ve got way better and slowly recovering. Recently it was a high possibility that I was pregnant and that’s why I all of a sudden started gaining weight. There’s now not a possibility of a pregnancy and it’s hitting me hard about my weight.

I don’t want to revert to old ways, but I’m not happy with my weight. Got any tips on how I can lose this weight, and maybe tone myself up, HEALTHILY??
