should I be using OPKs along with the Docs monitoring. Today is day four of Clomid and this Monday is our ultrasound to cheek my focials and see if I need a trigger shot.. also when would I take a trigger shot?

I would take opks until your doctor decides to give you the shot so you can know if you’re close to ovulating. I got my shot CD13 since my follicles were mature, so it depends if your follicles are ready or not.

In most cases no you don't need them, however I ovulate early so I took them since we missed our first IUI due to missing O.

For trigger it really is different for everyone.   You will take it when you follies are mature enough.
