How to manage my anxiety
Just over a month ago my grandfather passed away. He was diagnosed with stage four cancer almost a year before he passed. Since he passed, my anxiety has been getting really bad. My mom doesn’t want me to go on meds because she doesn’t want me to get addicted to them, and I honestly don’t want meds either. I want to learn how to work through it without having to take meds everyday. I’m just wondering if anybody has some advice on how to manage my anxiety. It’s to the point now that I just randomly get really angry over stupid things that shouldn’t bug me, but I can’t ignore them. I get super overwhelmed in class and I don’t know how to make it any better. Any advice is welcomed..
