I posted this in the c-section group but hoping to get more responses so posting here as well. Sorry.

I went for my dating scan today after a huge miscarriage scare. I found out I’m 7 weeks and 1 day giving me a due date of January 15th 2019.

However I can only have c-sections so my doctor told me my surgery will be scheduled 7 days before my said due date which would make it January 9th 2019.

Here’s my dilemma - I just had my first born January 8th 2018. My two babies will have their birthdays a day apart. For some reason, this isn’t sitting well with me. I feel bad for both of my babies for having their birthdays a day apart. I didn’t realize the date until I got out to my car so I couldn’t ask my doctor.

Do you think he will allow a few days before or after those 7 days or does it strictly have to be 7 days?

He did mention if it fell on a Saturday he would wait until the Monday but that isn’t the case here. He’s great and calls this baby a miracle baby because there was nothing on my scans for weeks. I’ve already had three ultrasounds.

If anyone has a similar story, knows of someone with a similar story - I’d really appreciate it. Thanks 💜
