So for a while now I’ve had an issue with playing with my eyelashes. I legitimately can’t stop and most of the time don’t notice when I’m doing it. Other people make fun of me when they notice me doing it and its embarrassing but it’s a habit I guess. My eyelashes will fall out or I’ll accidentally pull them out if I’m playing with my mascara on them but it doesn’t matter if I have makeup on or not. It used to be playing with my hair/pulling my hair out. Ultimately my question is why do I do this and how can I make myself stop? 😞
