Probiotic while pregnant?

Anyone take a probiotic? Are they safe during pregnancy? If so, what brand that won’t cost and arm and a leg? Thanks!

I took them for a while in second trimester. I think I took Florajen 3. It’s made for vaginal bacteria, but I stopped because it made my discharge soooo bad. I also eat a lot of yogurt, too.

My doctor says it’s fine. I take the brand (Trubiotics). No side affects either.

Yep you can take them! I always just have my doctor send in a prescription for me because probiotics are so confusing and there’s so many of them. Lol
