My baby father says he doesn’t want to help with paying for bills for me and his daughter house because that’s a personal bill for me because I could just go live with him. But I don’t want to move in with him because we had a terrible experience in the past but he’s says the only offer he can give me is to come leave him because I can’t keep my money and go to school. But if I stay out on my own those are my bills alone because I chose them instead of living with him.

You having his child doesn’t mean he should be paying your bills. If he’s financially helping out with his child and buying things she needs then he’s doing his job. If you can’t afford your bills and don’t want to live with him then it sounds like you need to let him have custody

If moving in together is a bad idea then u gta pay ur own rent, i wouldn’t expect an ex to pay my bills even if i have his child. But i would expect child support and that can help out with anything else u both need. You don’t want to move in with him just so you don’t have to pay bills and feel stuck in a bad situation.
