Could I rock purple hair?

I’m wanting to go from this.....

What do you think?
I know it’s not a huge difference but I’ve never done any color other than blonde highlights in my hair before and I really want to rock this look... I’m just a little nervous that I won’t be able to and that it’s too edgy for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lol is one of those hot colors supposed to be purple ? They bother look brown to me 🧐 I do think you can rock purple hair though, if you like it go for it!

Update:
I’m thinking more along the lines of a balayage/ombré into lavender rather than a dark purple (the photo below is an example of the darker purple)

And some of you were asking about seeing what I look like so you can better judge if it’ll work or not, so I wanted to include a photo of my face 😋💕

That color depends on your skin tone, since that’s a cool-toned hair color. But, purple can be warmed up too; so I think you can pull it off anyway!

That hair doesn’t look purple though, but yeah, you could do it, it’s almost what you already have
