Plan B mess up your cycle?

So i took plan B about a week ago and i got my period, rather quickly. i was supposed to get it the q4th of june since i had my last one about 2 weeks ago, i just want to know if this is because of the plan B, i don’t know if this makes a difference but i also have been hanging around people who are on their periods rn i don’t know if that maybe synced me to them or what not. Just want to know if it’s normal for your period to come earlier and if it was because of the plan B
