Need some advise

28+2 days and belly keeps going hard and soft Period type pains this will be my 6th baby my back and ribs are killing I’m on moving at the min and the new house is in need of a full decorating so iv never stopped since last Friday in both houses my question is all the work I’m doing and not resting now getting my belly going hard and soft with little pain could me over doing it be bringing it on
