Why am I so scared to work

I’m 14, I’m applying to be a bagger at Publix , but I feel intimidated bc I see older people there, mainly guys 😓....idk why I’m so scared I just am !!help

sounds like nerves for your first job, those always happen and theyll pop back up for every new job until you get used to it. dont worry after your first couple days you'll be comfortable and no longer feel nervous. your mind is mostly worried about making a good impression, not messing up, maybe running into things you cant handle.  Tip: bring skittles/starbursts or some other snack/gum if its allowed, i always get the munchies between breaks.

Publix is an awesome company! My sister and her fiance have worked there since they were teenagers. Age never made a difference to them. And even my fiance works at their warehouse (you obviously have to be old), but he was one of the youngest when he started. No issues with older coworkers either. It's going to be okay! Like I said it's really an awesome company. I've never met an unfriendly staff person there.
