Has anybody had on/off bleeding during pregnancy?

Hi ladies! I am currently in my 13th week and right from my 8th week, I have been having bouts of red blood like so much to fill pads over days! It starts with bright red, turns brownish over next few days and continues to stay brown till I have my next bout of red blood. It has been really stressful and frustrating. Multiple ultrasounds and cervical exams reveal that all is normal and no reason for bleeding can be found.

I feel like I am swimming in an ocean of uncertainty here!! Anyone else with me?
