Blood in discharge

I'm just done at 6 day period and have endometriosis, I had sex last week but he was only in me a short while and didn't cum until he put a condom on. But I finished my period 2 days ago and had sex yesterday (with a condom) but now I feel quite sick and have discharge like this... just looking for some advice please
