Bank of America infertility coverage?

I was googling what companies have infertilty coverage and BOA came up. Do any any of you ladies have coverage from them. Im curious exactly what is the coverage and how much is covered. My husband already works in banking so it might be a possibility for him to transfer if its worth it.

Keep in mind that some companies may require you to be employed with them for at least 6 months before being offered health insurance. My husband works for Eaton. They have offices all over the country. We have blue cross blue shield and they cover 2 IVF attempts per birth. And we were able to put the cost of meds towards our deductible, so we met it right away. Then only had to pay 20% of everything.

My husband works for Wells Fargo and we have BCBS insurance through them. Infertility is covered up to $25k lifetime max and $10k lifetime max for infertility meds. We live in NYC so prices are high so 2 rounds of ivf will eat up that $25k. We’ve still paid $18k out of pocket for deductible, services that aren’t covered (genetic testing for us, PGD of embryos, embryo glue for transfer), and mostly meds bc I needed a super high dose for both rounds so coverage didn’t go far.

I work for BOA and at one point was going to do IVF, and my insurance was covering it. I have united healthcare through BOA.
