Baby teeth???

My son got his first two teeth in February and I’ve been expecting the top two since then. The past two weeks he’s definitely been showing signs of teething but wouldn’t let me get a good look in his mouth until this morning. He obviously has the one front one popping through, but are all those other bumps normal? I’m assuming they are teeth. Does it look like they may all be coming soon too or is this what a baby’s mouth just looks like??? It’s kind of freaking me out, lol.
