Twinging / fluttering feeling near right ovary area on CD23 what is this???

For the past few hours I have been getting this twinge/flutter feeling near right ovary every 5-10minss. Bit of back pain. I took opk on CD6 (peak). This is my 2nd TTC cycle after Mirena removal on May 22. Anyone else had this symptom???? Please help!!!!

I'm waiting for answers too! I won't find out until 2-3 days if AF comes . I been having back pain for over a week! . And getting stitch like cramps like 5-10 second stub is this like yours? It's on an off all day on either side and front of abdomen . I don't want to get excited been tryig for a year and don't want to be disappointed I tried a pee test neg result :( . Hoping it was too early or cause night time test too diluted lol . Hopes are shuttering closer to period though ... I went to a fertility clinic who done blood work to tell me when I ovulated and to have sex . My cousin didn't get a pos till 9 days late! She tested daily or neg till day 9 . Fingers crossed for u let me know how u go

I'm 2 days away from period no discharge but when checking pos of cervix have white cream discharge but cervix is low-med to high depending on time . 
Please let me know how u go
