i got my nexplanon implanted exactly two weeks ago. exactly a week ago i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside of me. i have had brown discharge and spotting for a few days and i just peed and it seems like a clot of tissue and blood just came out with it. could i be pregnant ?

It's recommended you wait 7 days before having unprotected sex. I'd say you're fine. For future reference, the implant is extremely effective. More than 99% with the chance of pregnancy being fewer than 1 out of 100 women each year. Getting pregnant on nexplanon is very rare! Also the most common side effect is irregular bleeding which is probably what you're experiencing.

It is called implantation bleeding u can mistake it for your period but it happens when the egg plants into the uterus lining it might mean your pregnant but I’m not sure you would have to check with a doctor 
Also if you are pregnant than the bleeding should only last 3 days and if it gets heavier over time it’s just a regular period or bleeding in an early pregnancy
