Help!!

My friend is 16 and works at local restaurant in our town. She loves working there and for the first time she feels like she really belongs somewhere. Unfortunately, one of her coworkers (25 male) confessed his feelings for her and how he is always thinking about her and that he wants to kiss her and be with her and she does not reciprocate those feelings not to mention it is illegal. Any advice on what she should do?
