is my son suddenly colic?!?

I have a 3 week old boy that was a dream come true before 4 days ago! It blows my mind with what an abrupt shift he has taken! 🙁I🙁He wakes up screaming i

nstead of crying. He is EBF baby and cluster feeds but only nurses for 5-10 mins at a time. I have pumped before to find out how much milk he's consuming and it's about 3 oz.

It's like when I put him down he cries or screams until I pick him up or nurse again then finally will go to sleep for what seems like a short time

Help?!
