Skin oils

TLDR; what are some good skin oils or lotion alternatives for super sensitive, super dry skin?

Hello!

Back when I first started high school I had beautiful skin, never broke out or anything. Well about two years ago (end of sophomore year) my skin started breaking out like crazy. We went and saw a dermatologist and that ended up ruining my skin. So we stopped that and I started using more gentler products, it helped but not really. So back in December we started noticing whenever I wore lotion, I broke out and when I wouldn’t wear lotion my skin would clear up. So back in March we saw another dermatologist who put me on cetaphil face wash, aczone and said to use Cerave lotion cause it’s made for super sensitive skin (apparently what I have). So after about a month my skin started looking loads better but still the same situation with the lotion, I was still breaking out. So now I’ve gone a month without lotion and my skin is so clear again, but the issue is, it is now super dry. Does anyone have any oil or not lotion recommendations for super dry sensitive skin?
